Our story

The live music industry has evolved, but local artists and venues haven’t seen much change. While major tours and festivals have benefitted from modern services, local live music still relies on outdated, fragmented booking processes—leaving artists and venues with no streamlined way to connect.

Local venues have faced growing challenges: declining attendance, rising costs, and competition with larger entertainment spaces. The pandemic made things even harder, forcing some venues to shut down entirely while others struggled to rebuild their music programs with fewer resources and connections to artists. For musicians, this meant lost performance relationships, fewer opportunities, and increased competition for gigs, making it harder than ever to secure bookings. While for fans, it resulted in fewer chances to discover new artists, connect with their community, and experience the magic of live music.

These challenges made it clear: local live music needed a better way forward. That’s why we created Soundlynk—a platform designed specifically for local music, making it easier for artists to get booked and for venues to find and manage talent. By giving artists and venues the tools they need to succeed, we’re strengthening the foundation of local live music—fostering more great performances, rising stars, thriving venues, and unforgettable experiences for fans.
